Rachel was amazing! We felt very challenged and overwhelmed in selling a home my parents had lived in for over sixty years. From the moment we met Rachel we felt much less stress, as she took on the burden of helping us to empty the house and getting it ready to present to the public. She helped us to price the house properly, and very rapidly evaluated the many offers that came in, helping to guide us to make an appropriate sale. She helped us find a wonderful estates salesman as well as a very nice and efficient real estate attorney. She seemed to have great knowledge of the neighborhood in which my parents lived, and knew what needed to be done to get the sale done. I would recommend her highly to my friends and family , and in fact have done so already- as a buddy of mine who lives on the same street as my parents has already hired her to sell his house....More

The buyers wanted to sign the contract to lock in our deal. It was a good house at a good price. Once locked in, the buyers started with what I considered to be shenanigans. I wanted to have no part of it and Michla had to handle six weeks of bothersome buyers until we closed the deal. She did a great job....More
